Anauk Zey Gu Pagoda (AD 8th-9th Century)

This pagoda belongs to Thayeykhittaya Pyu period. The surviving brick beasement and walls suggses That it could have been a pagoda built on a square with two entrances. There are three circum bulatary corridors. On the walls at the northern and southern of the corridors are small niches. Its ground plan indicates that it is a prototype of Bagan pagodas. The date and the donor are unknown.
